DES MOINES, Iowa -- You don't have to own a bike to enjoy Des Moines' trails anymore, you can just rent one.

Principal Financial Group and Bike World are running the new service.

Organizers said the Principal Riverwalk, Gray's Lake and several other trails make Des Moines a great place to bike.

They want locals and visitors to enjoy them.

"This is another wonderful thing for the city of Des Moines, another feather in our city's cap to add to all the other things that are happening," said Bill Throckmorton, with Bike World.
