i-Team: Students Gather To Say Goodbye

POLK COUNTY, Iowa -- Close to 100 students gathered at Saylorville Lake Monday to say goodbye to two friends.

Students planned the event by text message.  They planned to meet at the spillway with their favorite flowers to throw into the water as a memorial.

The gathering happened at around 4:30 p.m.

Some parents and teachers also attended.
