Serves 4 (2 cups each).

All you need
1 pound 80% lean ground beef*
1 small head iceberg lettuce, cored and roughly chopped
1 large green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup chopped yellow onion
1 cup Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup Hy-Vee ranch croutons
1/2 cup Hy-Vee light ranch dressing

All you do
1. In a large skillet, brown ground beef.  Drain beef and rinse with hot water.

2. Meanwhile, toss together lettuce, peppers, onions, cheese and croutons in a large bowl. 

3. Stir in hot ground beef and ranch dressing.  Serve immediately.
